Logo Design Brief

I'd like to get a Picture showing simplicity. I Need To display the complexity of an Travel & Expense process in one simple Picture. Traditionally seeking a process has 6-7 steps (trip planning / requesting, itinerary management, create expense report approval by managers, processing by accounting, paying out expenses) -> this is Indicated in the uploaded picture. I would like to have this displayed in one Picture or much simplified, speaking without text-it may be so abstract, showing "simplicity of travel expense", the product i want to push is an expense TE solution using mobile apps to make the life of the traveler AND the expense processors much easier, with rulesets for expense processors to simplify Their life. HOWEVER, the target audience for this logo is the expense processors, traditionally, accounting departments or HR (not the travelers!). The logo shoulderstand attract attention and be related to T & E -somehow, i want to add a few lines of text with facts underlying benefits of the product. The existing Picture displays the whole process with the source of errors and i would want to display rather positive aspects of a simplified expense process. not pointing out the errors, so the existing Picture has way to much text (it's in German and attached) some keywords: itenarary management, travel, expense, plan, mobile app, audit process, workflow, cost saving, reduce spend, fraud protection .
