Just make sure if anything is sent to email, it is zipped up and is less than 10Mb in size otherwise the mail server might reject it. Thanks!

No problem, the file will not be more than 2 or 3 Mb. Before I spoke of "site to upload files" and I should have said: 'address where to send' files. ;) Sorry, I normally do not write English.
