Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a Professional Logo designed for our Oil & Gas Insurance Agency. We are known in town for being a leading agency for Oilfield insurance. We would like to incorporate maybe a pumpjack or oil drop in the design. Our agency colors include White, Grey and Navy. We are ok with changing color. We also wanted to somehow include our initials H.I.A standing for Hignojos Insurance Agency. Also the design we are looking for would need to look good on Advertisement material such as Hats, T-Shirts, business Cards, Flyers, Etc. We would also like something to use for an Outdoor sign, Letterhead, and pamphlets.
Our product would need to have a professional feel to it. We like Modern sleek designs, something people will see and automatically pin our name to.
