Logo Design Brief

Need a new logo for a small apartment complex in Southern California. It is a limited-service property that is aimed at long-term, month to month rentals. We are open to green, blue, burgundy other darker, but muted colors. Use of a pine tree image is optional. We will consider designs with or without them. The words "Vista Pines" needs to be easy to read on signage from a street, so choose a font style that lends itself well to that need. " Apartment homes" should be much smaller. The property used to be an extended stay motel with kitchenettes so we want to make it clear that they are now apartments. The photo attached to this brief is prior to renovation which is currently underway.
