Logo Design Brief

Apple Property Maintenance provides a wide range of property maintenance services, including installing wooden floors, carpentry, painting & decorating, garden maintenance, and preparing properties for sale and letting.

We would like our logo to be clean and modern. It will ideally read clearly within a small rectangle shape with a ratio of 5:2.

The logo should read well in both small and large sizes and will be used on our website, business cards and letterheads and also on company vans.

Ideally the logo will have an icon/image that will also act as a favicon on our website. It could incorporate elements of a property/building.

We like the colors dark blue and orange but are open to designer suggestions. We look like to see black and white versions of the logo design also.
