Logo Design Brief

I'm currently working with friends on a website service called Mr.Bloomer.

In short, the website is intended to be a crowd funding site where people can create their own page to gather funding for their ideas. We are currently in need of a logo for the website, and it would be great if you could help us out.

(What is Mr.Bloomer?)
- A simple yet extensive funding system that allows people to easily prove their support to others through finance. By going through the process, users will become enthusiastic to spend, learn, and be happy about their monetary decisions. And eventually to change the world.

(Logo request)
- I was thinking of a logo that wouldn't be too formal or business-like, since the website is aimed for a younger individuals or groups. The name "Bloomer" comes from the image of flowers blooming, which is a direct metaphor for young people to "bloom" with their talents, projects and dreams. It is not necessary to include a flower-related picture in logo.

Also I've attached the picture of our webpage so that you can get the idea of our business brand.

I'll leave up the details to you, but it'd be nice for the logo to be simple(such as facebook or twitter's logo), casual, and with a positive feeling.
It'd be appreciated if you could also make the icon for app.
