Logo Design Brief

We need a logo desing for our shipping company . We are acting owners of some river-sea type vessel called as Omskiy type (can not upload photo but you can check from internet by seaching omskiy type vessels) and would like to have good logo. we are not strict on colors but we think that blue and white reflects shipping business in any case all colour selection is upto design/designer.
it is important that our logo should be unique. we are not strict on logo text but can be used full name of company or part of it or without text....
