We need a new look for the menu to keep things fresh and customers returning regularly.
Pazzo Pomodoro (pot*so pomodoro), "The Crazy Tomato", is a Cantina style restaurant & bar concept born by locals Jimmy Audia and Bill Hicks in 2012.
The Cantina in Italy brings back fond memories as it is best known as a neighborhood tavern that is warm and cheerful, patronized by local and steady clientele.
We offer a Neapolitan inspired menu of made-from-scratch dishes that represent traditional Italian cuisine. These meals pay homage to the memories of Campania, the region of our heritage. The dishes are typical to the working-class neighborhoods of Napoli, Salerno, Capri and the dozens of small villages along the prized Amalfi Coast.
Pazzo Pomodoro has three locations: Vienna, VA, Ashburn, VA and Clarksburg, MD.
Target Market(s)
Local, affluent families which we already do a very good job of attracting and keeping as regular customers, but we can always handle more.

- The menu is currently a tri-fold with print on both sides. 11” height by 17-1/4” wide, each trifold section is 11” high by 5-3/4” wide.
