Brochure Design Brief

I am looking for a document template for a white paper of about 20 pages that discusses 21 mistakes you can make when selecting or implementing erp software. The audience is corporate - typically managers charged with leading an erp selection or implementation project. I want something modern and minimalist. I,m assuming the template would need to be in MS Word but the delivery format would be PDF. This not really a brochure but there is no closer category to this on the site.

• Modern,minimalist look. MS Word template or a template I can imoprt text into and convert to PDF for publishing via a web link to the document

Nice to have

• Creative front page and headings for each piece of '21 mistakes' content.plenty of white space in design.

Should not have

• Lots of crammed text and boring headings
