Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my physical product - An A6-sized journal and also for my blog of the same name. The journal is based around using 1% of your time awake each day (10 minutes) to improve your life by writing in a journal. This product is aimed at men aged 25 - 45 who want to beat depression, be more productive or set and achieve goals. I'd like very simple colours predominantly white as the journal cover will be white. But some orange or red could work to add vibrancy as I want the logo to represent a positive future as well as the 1%.
