Flyer Design Brief

I am looking to have a nice flyer/handout to promote my martial arts school. It is for our promotion of "mom's train free" for mothers day in May. I would like an ad that would inspire a mother to learn self defense and to improve their fitness. It can have pictures but not necessarily a requirement. Pictures don't have to be of a lady in a martial arts uniform. It may be better if they are not. It also doesn't have to be standard sheet of paper size, as these are going to be handouts the size can be smaller. I would like our Tiger Rock logo on the flyer.
