Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for our new company, "Equipment Maintenance & Construction". We specialize in servicing chemical plants and refineries, specifically in the area of centrifugal pumps. We call ourselves "EMC" for short and would like people to know us by "EMC". I'm uploading a business card that we like and use for our old business. Specifically, the font and the brushed metal look. We're thinking the black on the bottom could be oil, since our pumps pump crude oil. We don't wear white shirts, we only were darker colors (black, blue, gray, etc)and this logo will be embroidered on our shirts... SO, all black on the bottom may not work. I've uploaded two graphics of typical pump units that we service. Perhaps those shapes may be used, but it's not critical, just a thought.

Requirements

Must have

• The letters "EMC"
• Equipment Maintenance should be one line or one color. "Construction" should be another line or color. Our name reads "Equipment Maintenance" & "Construction". In other words, There is no such thing as "Equipment Construction". We maintain equipment and we also do construction.

Nice to have

• I like a flowy line, like oil floating in a barrel. Not sure if there's enough room for a small "Equipment Maintenance & Construction". Also, might use an ANSI centrifugal pump silhouette or outline.
