Once I start seeing some submissions, as long as they're in the ballpark of what I'm looking for, I'll guarantee payment. I haven't posted this project anywhere else and it's very important to me to get it done in the next handful of days so I fully expect to pay someone here to do it. The only reason I haven't guaranteed payment yet is out of fear that there may end up being only one or two submissions that look nothing like what I want and then I'm on the hook to pay several hundred dollars for them. Would love to guarantee payment once I see a few submissions though.
