Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new real estate, veteran owned company in Texas.
• We are a real estate property solutions company and we work directly with property owners who want to sell their property themselves
• We purchase many different type’s of properties in many different situations or conditions for us to wholesale, rehab, or rent
• We can save the seller a lot of money on commissions because they are selling to us directly
• It’s a very simple process and all we need to do is gather some basic information
• We can normally make an offer within 48 hours and close on their timeline
• There are no obligations to the offer we make, however a lot of people like the simplicity of selling their property in this manner

Basically we buy and sell houses, apartment buildings, and commercial property for cash from motivated sellers who want to sell their problem real estate property to us,

The logo should include three colors; Royal Blue, Yellow, and Silver. We are requesting the Color version, a Black version, and a White version.

We will need the logo in all formats and able to be sized so we can use it in stationary, business cards, mailers, web pages, and social media sites.
