Logo Design Brief

We are a medical group that delivers house calls for very sick seniors. We are re-vamping our Electronic Medical Record (which is the technology software that our doctors use to document their work). We are calling this software "Ubiquity" and would like to create a dedicated logo for it. We would like to see designs that have the following elements:

(1) Uses the a similar color palette/design as our main corporate logo (example attached in Logo).
(2) Incorporate the word Ubiquity into the logo.
(3) Design the logo to reflect the fact that it represents our EMR technology platform.
(4) Optional: Incorporate an element related to the fact that we do house calls. Example logo attached (Logo 2).
