Logo Design Brief

We are a staffing company that is focused on corporate social responsibility. We give a percentage of our profits back to the community in underprivileged neighborhoods to increase the chances kids can use education to get out of a vicious cycle of negativity. We focus on programs that promote STEM in schools.The design should have the colors blue, black, and white has the main design be geared around using technology to give back to the world and make it better (maybe intertwining hands?). I would like the letters MBK to be a main centerpiece if possible.
