Reimer, McGuinness & Associates, P.C. (RMA)
Background:
RMA is a 20 person Houston based CPA firm, providing tax, accounting, financial and consulting services, to individuals and to entrepreneurs and their businesses. RMA is engaged in a process called EOS (See the book Traction, by Gino Wickman) whereby we implement a “system” to operate our company. As part of this system we have defined what we call our “Proven Process”. This is something we will show all prospective clients, and have on our website, that explains what it looks like to work with us. Starting at the beginning of the project to completion.
Project Description:
RMA is looking for graphic artist assistance in designing the following pieces:
1. Graphic depiction of “The RMA Way”, otherwise known as our “Proven Process”. The first attachments labeled RMA will show what we have done ourselves. These will show the general steps we have defined in both a sort of graphic way and a step by step narrative. The second attachment shows you some actual examples other firms have put together, hopefully that will show you what we are asking you to develop for us. Note that we are very open to any suggested clarifications or improvements to what we have done which may include changing phrases or saying something in a different way. Remember we are accountants!
2. We have defined our core values as a company, and we are wanting to develop some posters/placards so we can post them in our conference rooms, break room, etc. Attached are our core values as well as some deeper narratives about what they mean. Also included are many of the “words” we kicked around before arriving at our core values.
3. You will also find an attachment with our logo that should be incorporated, as well. Designs SHOULD INCLUDE, but not be limited to, the colors on our logo. Our end product should reflect a strong sense of our core values.
We would like to have the project in a form that would give us the option to use any/all of the information on our website, posters, brochures, etc.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
