I read the job brief and I would really like to help you out with your spurs and saddles t shirt vector. I &amphave 4 plus years experience with graphic design, social media management and content development. I am also proficient with Adobe CS6. What color shirt will the vector be printed on?
How many colors would u like the graphic to be?

Ideally simple 1 color (white/black) to be able to stamp on to shirts of any colour, I think the shirts would probably be charcoal grey or a white. If there is little colour highlights for the flame or smoke that is ok. Just the main lettering and stuff should pop as one colour.

The spur on the U could give you legal problems. Depends on how big you get, I guess.
