Banner Ad Design Brief

We are looking for several display ads in Google supported display ad sizes (which can be found here https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722096?hl=en) for our client Vein Innovations. (www.veininnovations.com)

They have 2 locations in Atlanta, Ga and Johns Creek, Ga. They do procedures to help patients get rid of varicose and spider veins and also do treatments for restless leg syndrome.

We'd like the copy to be conversational
ex. Want to get rid of your spider veins?
Tired of your varicose veins? Check out our treatments/locations
Obviously, variations on the copy is fine.

Please use images from their website and read up a bit on their procedures. We are also trying to target men and women, so feel free to use images of both sexes.
