eBook Cover Design Brief

i need a cover for a ebook designed, the book is called 28 straight so i would like that somewhere on the cover. i would also like the word nutrition followed by my company logo that i have attached below somewhere on the cover( i have attached two logos and would like to see with both separatley), i would like this to be faded into the background if possible, perhaps in a upper or lower corner. i would also like to see options with and without the picture i have attached below. the look I'm going for is professional and clean. this is a fat loss, healthy eating booklet. the winning designer i would like to design the following pages within the book aswell no more than 10 pages, that i will provide all content for, i just need help with putting what i have on pdf in a way that looks professional and cool. this would ideally covered in the rate that is paid for the cover. i also have other booklets i need made so the winning designer will most likely get that work too at a later date for an additional fee of course.
