Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for a new restaurant in Laurens, South Carolina. We will prepare from scratch and sell a variety of healthy and comfort foods, to include sandwiches, hot and cold entrees, soups, cold beverages, hot coffee, craft beer, etc. Owners are proud flag-waving Americans who wish to acknowledge and celebrate our heroic military personnel and first responders who daily place themselves in harm's way for our benefit and safety. Design should be simple and elegant, and MAY include a tasteful version of the American Flag.

- I'm torn about using red, white, and blue. Seems like an appropriate choice, but even though I've noted those colors below, I'm not married to the idea. I feel the same way about using the American Flag. Will be interesting to see some different ideas.
