Logo Design Brief
My business buys distressed houses, renovates them, and then sells them (hopefully for a profit). Our goal is to improve neighborhoods and communities that we work in. I would like something somewhat simple that uses the word play of " Bird Rock" and also might have some sort of a house in the logo (because we deal in residential real estate). Bold, assertive colors are encouraged. I am located in Charleston, SC so a "coastal" or beach theme wouldn't be bad with the Bird Rock theme. Positivite colors and vibrancy are important as I will use the logo on business card to attract investors.
