Character Design Brief

keeksy is a website that connects buyers and sellers, initially of property but potentially branching into other things. We need to create a character named keeksy who is smart because he know how to save you money. He can be any sort of character, but he should be a fun character as we don't take ourselves too seriously.

In addition, this character may be used in 3D animation in future, and may become a live mascot as well. Designer should envision the character moving and talking (or at least making sounds - he may have his own language, who knows?!) in an animation.
