Looking West is a newly formed company that will focus on Brokering Health and Welfare plans for employers of all sizes. Unique tools that allow employers to navigate the Health Wellness Ecosystem to design Insurance and Human Capital improvement plans [by incenting behaviors that produce cost savings, productivity improvements and enhance culture of employers of all sizes
Key Strategies will include the gamification of incentives for employees to receive rewards for making healthy lifestyle choices.
90% of healthcare costs in America are Lifestyle related. Thus by creating reward systems, Employers create cultures that produce better results and gain key competitive advantage over competitors.
The company will also create unique funding arrangements within healthcare financing.
