Got the reply from support team as followed:

"our quality team has to review the project to make sure that the brief is set to achieve the best results possible. It should be launched within the next 24 hours but I have already contacted the team to expedite the process. Once it is live, you will get an email confirming that your project has launched and is open for submissions."

So the submissions will be open in next 24 hours.
