Logo Design Brief

I am a safety consultant, business is called 'Custom Safety & Compliance, LLC' and have a logo that I like, but it needs a bit more...something. Being in a relatively conservative business, I want to jazz it up but not over the top if you know what I mean.
My clients are mainly agricultural businesses and some oil/gas.
I like the colors and would like to stay in that same pallet.
The current shapes are supposed to imply 'collaboration', which I like, but it's just kind of boring.
Please help me be more collaboratively exciting!
