We are looking for a new logo for ecruit. This is a new brand and the website will provide fixed price online recruitment services to businesses.
ecruit will form the umbrella brand for several future fixed price recruitment offers into different recruitment sectors, e.g. ecruit Sales, ecruit IT, ecruit Marketing and ecruit HR.
ecruit is a low cost recruitment platform that offers a fixed fee service to companies wishing to recruit people. We help our clients self-manage their recruitment process, and cut costs of using a traditional recruitment agency by as much as 90%, while increasing reach and number of candidates that apply to a role.
ecruit combines advances in technology (such as LinkedIn), outsourcing, and online advertising to allow our clients to save time and money in attracting and engaging with candidates.
ecruit is the only online recruitment business to specialise in a particular sector (sales), giving a big advantage over competition who all operate on a "generalist" model recruiting into every sector available. The business will launch with ecruit Sales, we anticipate following with ecruit Marketing and ecruit IT in the coming 12 months.With that in mind, it would be good to have an option to add the sector that we are focusing on to the logo:
IE - ecruit SALES. But the sales should be differentiated from ecruit, in the same way when we open the marketing division, it would read ecruit MARKETING. Perhaps that would be in a different colour?
We would like to see clean, simple, fresh and impactful designs that incorporate the functionality of the tool.
The message the logo needs to communicate is that the tool will solve a problem, taking the stress and cost of recruitment out of your hands, empowering you to be more proactive with your recruitment and save money while doing it.
No bold primary colours please, we would prefer softer colours along the lines of Airbnb, Deliveroo and WH West (see attached examples).
We would prefer to see a pictorial element to the logo with the brand name off to the side, this could incorporate the ‘e’ part of ecruit.
Competitors in the space are Recruitment Genius, Easy Web Recruit and Talent Spa. Our logo should have a more modern focus than the Recruitment Genius logo.
