Icon Design Brief

We need an iOS app launch icon made for an application that displays a heatmap on a user location map.

- This is an example of what a heat map looks like:

- The idea I see is a grid of different colors squares like this example:

- The icon will be shown in 64px, but should be provided and designed in 512x512px


- The full color range for the heat map app can be seen here:

- I am thinking mostly in the dark blue ranges, but a single square of red expanding out to orange, yellow, etc.


- This could be one direction, a background grid of colors with a location icon placed over top.

Or, you can simply keep with the color grid. I think you could make something interesting there.
