Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Austin, Texas called "Hospitality Resource Group, LLC". We provide accounting and PEO services to the hotel industry. We would like to see designs that use the color blue, and possibly gray as an accent. We want to be able to go by HRG, so having those initials in the background in a way we can use them, or as stand alone as well would be helpful. The final design should be clean and crisp, and represent a professional services firm, similar to logos for law firms, accounting firms, etc.
