Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my new company based in Dallas, TX. The company raises capital for investment purposes or secures debt for our clients by using our massive network of banks, institutions, private equity, etc. Our clients are real estate developers, real estate investors, entrepreneurs, etc. Very high net worth individuals and businesses. Colors need to be black, grey, 'smoke', etc with possibly one color (but not loud). Sleek, sophisticated, classy...maybe with a flame in the "i" of Capital or a globe in the "o" of Global.
