Flyer Design Brief
I need a flyer template that I can re-use for high-end home listings over $1m in price. 11 X 17 horizontal folded to open wtih front photo shot large on front with short descriptionon areas, room for my photo, logo, contact info & property address then photo slots inside all pagers with room for copy to be plugged in. 3-4 photo spots per page at various sizes but room for bullet point descriptions on pages somewhere. Back of flyer larger photo slot and 2-3 smaller spots below with room for my photo and contact info
