T-shirt Design Brief

We are a group of friends embarking on overseas cycling tour every year. Our next upcoming trip will be to Hokkaido, Japan. We want a new bicycle jersey design that can be re-used for future trips. The jersey should have an identifiable location theme. White or light base background would be preferred although we are open to any options.
