Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in the US called 'OutSprint'.
We develop mobile apps, web portals and mission-critical systems for our clients. We use a low-code platform, named OutSystems, meaning we generate code in a visual interface instead of the traditional lines of code. This tool along with our agile methods allows us to deliver faster. We always aim to exceed expectations, our motto: We give it all we got!!
We would like to have a logo that feels futuristic and innovative, with a dynamic feeling (as in OutSprint...)

Must have

• Logo that works on a Black or White background, that works also when we take its colors out (ie. all in white against a dark background)

Nice to have

• A symbol that fits nice into a square format - thinking of usability for Social media profiles and the likes...
• Use of two colours, a Grey one together with a Green or Yellow, as in these variations:
• Grey: #5e5e5e or #444c51
• Green: #88b438 or Yellow: #dbcb30
