Web Design Brief

All Real Estate websites look the same with the same boring layout and info that no one cares about. What I am looking for is a Realtor/Broker site but more focused on me and my services along with client reviews and testimonials. I am primarily a buyers Broker and a Military Specialist (VA) and that's what I want to focus on. I need a tab where I can put my listings, but I don't want listings to be the focus like most sites are. I also run a nonprofit dog rescue and I want a tab to talk about that as well. I am also looking to have a more mid-century feel to my site as mid-century architecture is my passion. I sell in both San Diego and Palm Springs. There's an artist based out of Palm Springs whom I love and I would like the feel of my site to have a similar vibe (attached are some of Shags pieces to give you a better idea). I'm also having a cartoon drawing done of myself that I would like on the site as well (should be ready in a couple days). Want to make sure that the site is SEO focused as well. my current site is: www.nisanrealestate.com for reference.
