We will target individuals with high net worth that are interested in learning how to invest in large real estate properties. Often they are businessmen / women, doctors, lawyers, etc with a strong retirement account or cash that they would like to invest. We will teach them how to invest in value-add multifamily real estate without having to be actively involved in the management of the property.

The opportunity is for them to build wealth or their retirement accounts and collaborate with others doing the same. The design should convey confidence, wealth building, financial freedom.
