Forgot to mention that my leadership team works for a children's book publisher...so we are all book ladies. That COULD be an option for a route (books) but I really like the tree element to represent growth and thriving.

REALLY appreciate all the designs, there are definitely some I like...I'm REALLY open to out of the box ideas too. THRIVE is my leadership team of amazing women who own their own business selling children's books and promoting literacy. It stands for Teamwork, Humility, Resilience, Inspiring, Valiant, Extraordinary.
