Logo Design Brief

I would like to change the design brief
Scrap the logo submitted by us as we have decided to go from start again.
We would like it to be modern and stylish. Try a couple of options with a funky use of a light bulb, representing good ideas and imagination. Maybe the single spotlight (not the double) could work if it was in a different colour. the colours.... they should be contemporary and on trend with current web interface design.... greys, silvers, blacks, navy, dark beige, burgundy, taupe, those deep colours - with maybe a small amount of a bright vibrant colour (maybe turquoise, red, magenta, orange, or gold/yellow)

In terms of fonts.... stay away altogether from handwritten fonts, they are too casual. Stick to modern, very simple typefaces. Maybe play around with all caps for SOLAS and tagline 'Digital Marketing' lowercase. Or Vice Versa 'solas' lowercase and tagline in caps.
we would like to see how they will look in white - because more often than not, the logo will appear on a darker background, so it needs to be adaptable to suit different backgrounds.
