Logo Design Brief

We are a photo and video services company in the Philippines. We also do albums, edit videos and cover all kinds of events like birthdays, weddings, corporate, product shots, concerts/recitals, travel photography etc. I have attached here the existing letter header we currently use. We would like to add a logo to the name. The color of the logo should be combination of 4 colors (red, black, white and dark gray). We want it look modern.

Families, birthday celebrators (those celebrating 1st, 7th, 18th, 50th, 75th etc.), engaged couples to be married, silver & golden wedding anniversaries, corporate accounts (covering concerts, talks, seminars & recitals), product & food photography.
