We need a conference logo. The conference is the 2017 National Industry Liaison Group Conference (www.nationalilg.org). the conference is about equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, diversity/inclusion, and regulatory compliance.

I like using a "compass" like in option 2, attached.

Attendees are professionals in HR, legal. Clean logo.

OK to incorporate waves, nautical theme, like the idea of a compass. Something related to the theme of navigating the waves of change.
