Logo Design Brief

Oceania Homes is a brand new residential building company in Western Australia. We're a company that design and construct a custom built home to a higher standard than most building companies. We can Cater for all budgets by still offering the extra corners that are usually cut by other project builders here in Western Australia.

Design specifics - Do not want cartoon type designs, I like simple designs but look expensive like this builder called Oswald homes http://www.oswaldhomes.com.au/

Something Blue, also something that can catch an eye. I don't want a picture of a house but more something to do the the actual words Oceania Homes. I want my logo to look expensive so people can see it and think "they look expensive" but when they look into building with us we actually aren't.

Target Market(s)

Oceania homes will be targeting the owners that want to live in their home for the next 25 years. We're not suited to a cheap rental investor as we include a lot more structural compliance than your average home.
