Logo Design Brief

I require a logo for my new consultancy business.
I work in the dental industry and my aim is to help dentists to reach their business goals.
the logo MUST BE fresh,light,crisp,clean, simple and must be people focused. There are to be NO TEETH or stylised teeth in the logo !! It cannot be tacky, messy, dark or heavy. the colour palette below is only a guide.
My tag line is "Creating your profitable, predictable and personable dental practice"
I am open to better suggestions regarding text and colours.
I prefer the prominent colours to be as per the attached file, but the yellow is to be the less dominant colour, and the blues and greys to be more dominant.
