CD Cover Design Brief

This is the cover artwork for the audio version
of the re-creation of the Ferguson Grand Jury testimony based around the killing of Michael Brown. I need a cover for the library binders. I have the template for the binder that I can send. The title of the audio is: B.O.L.O. I would like the words Ferguson Grand Jury Testimony added in somehow with some creative graphics. I have a website with other audio covers. I also need the words: Unabridged CD format somewhere at the bottom. Can I send the binder template later?
