Logo Design Brief

Hi there,

we are about to open a new and crazy online pet shop. We love pets and we believe they deserve the top-notch products that offer them and their owners the best value.

Here some of our products: dog leashes, car safety belts, nail clippers…. you name it. Our customers are mainly dogs and cats but in the near future we might count horses, rabbits, birds, fish, reptiles to our honored clients :-)

Therefore we need a nice and neat logo that will mainly consist of the brand letters: „PettiPet“

The font type (maybe you may distinguish between Petti and Pet?!) shall transport joy, easyness, plug&play, good quality. May be one way of inspiration is "HelloKitty"... simple, friendly and with joy... is there a way to add the quality message... (we have attached some very first sketches that may help)

Perhaps you have an idea how to enhance this message by some illustrative elements… a must in our opinion is to implement the „footprint“ of a „paw“ (dog or cat)… other additional ideas are welcome such as a cats tail, ears of a cat, wings of a bird, fin of a fish…

The logo needs to work on a colorful background a s it may be used to be printed on our own products…. maybe a dark blue? It can not be to extensive in size as it may have to be printed on items with limited space.

What we will also require is a subline which says „pet approved!“… this shall appear as a kind of „stamp“... our products are exclusively approved by the a representative pet peer group :-)
