Logo Design Brief

To create a logo for my new Communications and Marketing Business. I don't want anything too 'cliche' i.e. two hands holding. It would be great to be clean and simple, I like the yellow/ lemon colour, with a turquoise- but open to suggestions. It needs to be modern and the 'eight days' is the key part, with communications secondary.
The logo will need to go on business cards, email signature and the design transferred to the website.
I like triangles and clean lines, or an 'eye'...
