Stationery Design Brief

I am looking to have a thank you card designed.
Specs:
Flat size of 9.5"x6.5" folds to final size of 4.75"x6.5", it will print full color on the front and back. Below, you will see their logo, which needs to print on the inside of the folded card. I also attached images of their current card. They would like to keep the blue color but are open to design on the front. This is a Federal Credit Union, so please make the design, modern and professional. Below is the text that needs to print below the logo on the inside of the card. The text and logo will print below the fold on the inside, leave the top portion (above the panel) white.
