Flyer Design Brief

I need an advertisement w/ a logo to be made. We offer smartphone, tablet, and computer repair and we're located on Long Island, NY. My idea for the logo would be a picture of Long Island with a cracked smartphone on one side and a computer on the other side, but I'm open to other ideas.

On the ad, I also want it to say "WE REPAIR" and "SMARTPHONES - TABLETS - COMPUTERS" below it, as well as towards the bottom our phone number 631-372-8321 and something along the lines of "Located on Little E. Neck Rd. in West Babylon"

Another thing about our store is that our services are always on sale, so I want the ad to state that repairs are "25-50% off!" or if possible to have the photoshop PSD file included as well to update pricing information as our prices change.

This is going to be a sponsored ad on Instagram so it needs to match the resolution requirements of theirs, and also possibly a print out flyer or poster.
