Web Design Brief

We are seeking a simple to maintain website for our sleep business. The health care business provides diagnostic and treatment solutions for snoring, sleep disorders and other respiratory problems.

Ideally, colours to match the company logo (attached).

The page must be built using WORDPRESS.

Ideally site will have a home page outlining the business, with 5 sub pages - being "Diagnosis" "Treatment Options", "Prodcuts", "About Us", "Contact Us"

The site home page should include a large picture on the home page.

The "Treatment Options" and "Diagnosis" pages must include:
Allow for a few pictures with assocaited text, plus space for some embeded youtube videos.

"Prodcuts" page should have the ability to show 3-4 products across the page with text below.. that can include external URL to products

The "About Us" page must include:
1. a Map (google map) to identify the various locations. There are 6 in total.
2. A Section to describe our doctors/staff - allow for a picture and some text

The "Contact Us" page must include:
email form
telephone details

The overall design should have a clean and medical/safe feeling
