Logo Design Brief

An engineering consultancy called Focused Fire Engineering works with developers, architects, engineers to provide fire safety solutions for new and existing buildings..
The fire safety solutions aim at property protection, life safety and fire brigade provisions.
Developing the design is a collaborative process with multiple stakeholders.
The main output is a fire enginerring design report which contains requirements for the design team to adopt.
The logo would be used on the report, proposals, website etc
Fresh and professional are 2 words that spring to mind but I'm not tied to these words.
I think Focused Fire is a good catch therefore would focus (pardon the pun) on these words.
Im irish so maybe playing ont he Irish card and having some green might be nice. Greens and grey look good together. Only a suggestion.
No flames or references to fire within the logo.
I like the attached logo however it is from a competitor.
