Stationery Design Brief

Stationery Design

Thank you to all those who have submitted the logos. We have selected the logo for our new identity and we are now looking for stationery ideas.

The attached logo must be used in all stationery designs.

We require the following items of stationery:

1. Business Cards for 10 employees – Double Sided – All the card will have the same address:

The names on the cards and mobile numbers – will be given on selection of final design.

A few of the cards will have different emails but 5/6 card will have the same email address.

2. Letterhead A4 – same contact details as above – email address to be used info@ukfrozenfood.com

3. Compliments Slip – same details as no.2

4. Envelope designs – with just the address, Freephone and Website.

Sizes Required: C4 – 324mm x 229mm – Windows and Regular

DL – 110mm x 220mm – Windows and Regular

5. A4 Ring Binder – Logo at the front and back and side; company name on the front and side of the binder (UK Frozen Food); contact details at the back; same as number 2 above.

The ring binder will have food, drink and hygiene inserts inside and will act as a temporary brochure.

It may help with the design process to know we sell a range of frozen food products including chips, burgers, fish, frozen poultry items, vegetables, ice cream, desserts, bakery products, pies, pasties, onion rings, pizza toppings etc.

We also sell ambient products such as sauces, crisps such as walkers, chocolates such as Cadburys, Nestle, Mars etc.

Drinks wise we sell branded products such as coca cola, pepsi, fanta, sprite, red bull etc; As well as juices and mineral water.

We also sell hygiene products such as tissue paper, hand towels, and other washroom products, bleaches etc.

Please note we are looking for a classy, slick design so don’t worry about trying to add all the products on the binder design; these have just been given to assist with the design process.

We may add a slogan to the stationery but the final decision on this still has to be taken and the profile will be updated within the next 72 hours.

This project will only last a maximum of 10-14 days, we don’t want to drag it out like the logo so please only submit creative ideas; which have been given thought in terms of design, text and graphics.
