Hi please share some feedback and eliminate my unwanted designs thanks

Please create a design that evokes "Global Trade" in this or your other design. I am looking for something that is not literal, but still manages to convey some sense the domain we operate in.
Eliminate the word "Consulting" in the Logo text. It should only read "Ropaar".
The logo should be Clean and Crisp. I am thinking use of Gray with some other colours that make it look professional and not too playful.
